It can bring a sense of accomplishment and pride as they work to build and develop their investment into something that is valuable and useful. At the same time, investing in real estate can also be stressful and overwhelming, as there are often many factors to consider and potential risks involved. But for the most part its rewards greatly outweigh the risks.
