Yes, I agree BUT to determine the final price of the home which will be difficult to discount, will be determined by analyzing the marriage balance sheet from the divorcing couple which list all assets and most importantly the couples liabilities..

My wife and I personally renovated (with some contractor help) the 3500 sqft building, gutting kitchens, baths, adding bedrooms, bathrooms, painting, flooring.We did all this while:- Working 40-50 hours at our day job- Going to school full time at a business college with 15 credit hours a semester- Having a healthy marriage- Volunteering with our churchIf we can do it, anyone can!

When I tried to evict her the first time, the court ruled that she had common law marriage, as they had been living together for long enough and that she'd have 1 month to get her stuff and move out.I went to court 1 month later and now there is a new law in NC preventing evictions.
