Better to start alone or with a partner?
I am new to real estate but within a year I am planning to buy my first property. I know that I am able to do it without a partner if necessary but I'm wondering if anyone has an opinion or bad/good experience about it to share it with us?

@John Arpad Lok- it really depends on a variety of factors of your partnership. However, in my experience I found that starting on your own, although more difficult was the better route.
