@Joe Gore Joe, true, I seen that in So Cal where alot of them illegals sit out of HD waiting for work, some look homeless, but I have a feeling that is not the scenario here.

Kind of like how the following words went by the wayside:Janitors are now "custodians"Personnel is now "human resources"Bums are now "homeless"Waitresses are now "servers"Garbage men are now "sanitation engineers"I will continue to use all of the old words.

There could be 'homeless' laws that could hurt you if you simply moved him out on your own.

If a homeless guy walks into a Wal-mart around here, loads $350 worth of merchandise into a cart & tries to walk out the door, he's going to jail.

I explained the situation that I was about to become homeless and asked for permission to move into the house, since it was empty and my apartment was re-rented.

I myself was homeless twice growing up.

What about food pantries or being used as a homeless shelter at night?

Does anybody have any experience with renting their property to government programs such as homeless families, disable VET's, group homes, halfway housing and etc?

Some investors will risk not putting a cage on it but me personally I do it on all of my units.Putting an AC on in a nice area doesnt mean the area itself is bad, you are just making the home less of a target.
