Is "Flipping Houses" Just Low Class for "Building Equity" or "Repositioning"?
We got an email from someone this morning who complained about our use of the term house flipping. He said 'It is a low class way of saying “building equity or repositioning'."
** Start Rant**
Of course, I thought it was interesting when I replied with:
and his response to that was:
Of course, you know what I think about that -- nonsense. And frankly, I think his condescending attitude does little to change anything. I know not everyone is going to be a fan of the site, but to avoid us because of your dislike of our use of a word and to claim that we're low class as a result of it . . . well:
If you want to change the debate, you need to get involved in it.
It is like bitching and moaning about how your child's school is run, but avoiding school board meetings where you can share your voice.
Now that I'm done with my mini rant, what do you think?

Some people are just too pretentious. Flipping, is flipping, and there's nothing wrong with it.
I guess a Ponzi scheme is just a low class way of saying "redistribution of personal assets"?
