My First Squatters...

Went to a property and who should I find but young squatters. They were most apologetic and just about ruined my day. You can see the whole story here... post-Katrina our community seems to have a much larger homeless population and I certainly don't have the answers.

Does anyone have any experience with short term alarm contracts or with installing rudimentary alarms oneself? Any input would be welcome.
