The appliances in the condo are quite nice, the fridge alone probably a $1000 unit.  

I had one move out with out giving notice, when we went in the power had been off for about 4 days, the mess in the fridge was enough to turn even the toughest stomach.For what it's worth, that's my point of view.  

Carpet is old but well taken care of. 4) Install fridge, washer and dryer. 5) All new flooring downstairs. 

There was no food in the fridge or pantry.

I wouldn't tape them to the fridge but I may tape them inside a kitchen cabinet in a document protector.

I would not supply a microwave or a fridge, as that’s just more you have to spend now, repair/replace later.
