Until then I'll just keep selling my current home, buying my first investment/home, exit the military, read everything everyone tells me to, move my family/possessions/dog to future home, sign up for college, and maybe play a little softball and go sailing in my spare time.

Bill Belichick is one of the greatest football coaches of all time and he's 70 years-old.

It could be a group of them as big as a softball somewhere in the home. 

I played softball against their HS!  

On top of all of that, it boasts one of the best college football teams Ohio state buckeyes, which is very well known and has a cult following, and attracts a lot of people to the games.

Example:  Your daughters- music, softball, tae kwon do, young in daycare, etc etc. 

I know exactly where you live up in Platteville my two "brothers" played football there about 5 & 7 years ago. 

That's like telling a football player, you all have to get great at being a quarterback, or a linebacker, etc.

I studied and played college football in Erie, PA and just recently moved to ATL with my girlfriend after accepting a job offer here (currently renting in Sandy Springs).
