Most STR owners that I encounter love to brag about how much money they bring in, but then don't account for all their expenses and they certainly don't account for the cost of their time.

Any investments in real estate that are advertised to the point that someone just getting started sees them are scams.

If they are asking the money get sent to them, Its a scam

Common lead source or so called (all in one AI powered software) for me are a big scam.
