How to get off market deals
1. LEAD SOURCE- Ensure your lead source is legit. Common lead source or so called (all in one AI powered software) for me are a big scam. I used to be a part time web developer and I know for a fact that a single like from an ad you posted online automatically becomes a lead. I buy my leads from a friend offshore with a 80-90% contact rate. NOW that is a legit source.
2. COLD CALL- The best leads must be accompanied by a good Cold caller. For example I was calling around 200 leads a day, around 170-180 answered out of 170-180 I got 5 leads that are willing to sell. That's the reality of cold calling.
3. HIRE A GOOD V.A.(for those who can afford)- Thru my experience calling for 5-6 hours a day can be very exhausting and stressful. Have the offshore V.A.'s dial for you and Leverage on how cheap the labor is abroad. BONUS: If you have a v.a. your job is to wait for that v.a to set an appointment with you, so you would have more time with other businesses and, or your family.
PRO tip on hiring a quality V.A. is to hire from a company. Never hire directly.
