So far, I am thinking it would be good to have:Stainless steel tub interior (supposed to be more durable)Hard food disposer (to minimize potential repair calls in case they aren’t so good at scraping their plates)Sensor wash (for ease of use, so they don’t complain the thing doesn’t wash thoroughly if they are bad at picking the right setting)In particular, has anyone bought a dishwasher recently & could make a recommendation?

For example, I can get a 36 inch wide assembled and pre-finished kitchen base cabinet for $150 at Home Depot that looks perfectly nice right now, but will likely not be durable.

It is amazing what a fresh coat of paint can do and if the floors are dated, put in new vinyl plank flooring-make sure it is durable and not a cheap one as tenants can be hard on things.
