Nice Steven I enjoy sports a lot too (basketball and football) and totally agree with what you said about the talk shows being repetitive and adding nothing to your life.

I am not sure exactly what that means but appears they have been worth recognizing :) I know their sports programs like football and basketball have had success many years.

Along with calling out the scammers, hucksters, and "legends in their own minds" that always seem to find a way to find enough people to separate from the little bit of financial resources they do have.

I had been there in the past for Memphis vs UAB basketball game and never really toured the town.  

My hobbies outside of work are playing basketball and trying the learn how to ski, and of course educating myself in Real Estate.    

This is what was recommended by local landlord legend Don Beck in his book.

He said the hive is about the size of two basketballs about 2 feet high and a foot in diameter, and it should be removed.
