They usually drop it.For the chinsy, complain-y stuff: update the outlets to the usb, water-savers on faucets (to fit their illegal/against lease portable dishwasher) - we asses if it's real or annoying and just let them know if they'd like to do that themselves, they're welcome to without putting holes in the walls or messing with electric or plumbing.

You would need 84 such properties to reach your $100K goal.Now if you bust your hump for 10 year accumulating 100 units with very little equity, then 10 years later its likely you have a bunch of equity.
