First Time Home Buyer Using VA

Hello Everyone, I am finally in a position to make my first home purchase. My wife and I would like to utilize her VA loan benefits and purchase our first home. We plan to stay in the home for at least 10 years and are looking for any tips when working with lenders, real estate agents and potentially contractors in the Atlanta area.
