Many felt these employees were not nearly as productive as those interacting with people on a daily basis and were mostly disconnected from the Organization and just sucking up a paycheck for minimal overall productivity.In fact the trend hasn't really played out. 

A doorhanger is placed on the address door to  let the occupant know they have 10 days to place in their name or they will be disconnected.  

My guess is that in most cases, especially foreclosures, the utilities have either been disconnected due to non-payments and/or the plumbing / wiring / appliances have been stolen too!  

Depending on how bad is the foundation state (how many inches you have to correct), is very possible the sewer line will disconnect/break in the horizontal portions.

If the new addition would overlap where your meter is located, or get in the way of an overhead power line, you may need to relocate your electrical service riser, and likely provide an electrical service disconnect due to the distance between the meter and the electrical panel.I will send you a PM, I'd be happy to connect and discuss further.

-it’s my first deal, wasn’t sure how having two attached but disconnected rooms would effect the appraisal, so I left the smaller one like a room and plan on closing it after the appraisal -I know I could increase the value by adding them but I also understand the diminishing returns of adding square footage/rooms/bathrooms.

However if it is a luxury such as the ice maker is no longer working, I would disconnect it, remove it and just say 'Sorry with the current rental income I cannot afford to repair non-essential items'.

There is a huge disconnect between the two parts of the industry.

And outside also disconnect all hoses and drip the hose faucets.
