Professional renter Please HELP!

I got played like a guitar at a TED Nugent concert.He got behind in rent, gave an excuse said would make it, caught him lying, didn’t make rent up, I gave him 7 day notice pay remainder plus late fee or I’ll have the sheriff Evict. Well I received an official complaint from Consumer protection division of the state Attorney Office, all lies. This guy is good at the game.

We have individual meter apartments, gas, electric and water, he said he was having issues with Identity theft and was working on it showed me paper work and all, said would have all worked out in a couple of months and he would pay me the electric/gas bill money , guess what all BS. Now won’t put electric/gas in his name and won’t pay me the monies owed. I know, I did it to myself, trying to be the nice guy.

I’m going to start the eviction process Monday , I have not paid the electric/gas bill, being winter I know what’s going to happen.

He's also agitating some of the other tenets against us.

There much more, don’t want to right a two page report.

Find a good attorney in your area who has experience in evictions and hire them before this gets away from you even more.
