I'm not sure it ever hit 16 when I was in Lubbock, much less Austin.

Here's hoping nobody's deferred maintenance turns nightmarish. Looks like we're in for a week of hard freeze. 🥶

    We have had way worse for sure.  I know I’ve been saying but we are due for some colder temps and snow.  Dallas for sure getting snow as it’s always a ten degrees difference. Made the rounds making sure everyone is ok.  I had a sad situation whole during shelter in place and it has made me revisit how I handle my tenants, so I check in on them often.
