I am looking to rent a place, it seems nice except three thingsthey are ranch style apartments. they have a gate in front of the main entrance, and you're responsible for the door if anything happens to it. for some reason they won't fix it. it actually looks like this but a wooden door in front of the main doorif i take the door down, how concerned should I be about people stealing stuff. if i had a lawn mower or something, they would have to come in the opening and take stuffi saw a report online about some guy that was looking in someones windows at the complex across the street. i dont know how long ago it was. i was looking online again but coudlnt find it. the one im staying at seems fine, how concerned should I be able the ones across from me?

The subject property is a homepath single family ranch style property with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a basement with 1344 sq.ft listed at $195k.

Especially you lifted yourself up and you have that sense of " I can do it" inside of you, it is amazing that you grew out of that life style and that little voice inside of you " I CAN DO IT!" 

I want to do a BRRRR-style deal so i wonder if i could get a big enough LOC to purchase and fix up the refi out to pay it off.

You can get a list of people interested and once you close on it you can have an open house style showing where they are all invited.

They basically want me to find another house, do the same style/finishes and sell to them once complete.

Interested in townhouse style building but also not opposed to garden style.
