Separated the electrical for the rental and installed radiant heaters (super efficient and cost-effective for tenants ), no need for A/C as it stays at about 68 in the unit all the time w/o heat.

And I don't expect anything, just the documents that I paid.But, there is NO customer support for former members - the only ally you have is the person who signed up and earned a commission - Darren was mine - but he left the company right after I took my courseTom seems like a nice guy but his approach of teaching is a herd approach like cattle and he is in it for $$- make no mistake he probably makes more money teaching than he does wholesaling .

I'm still playing transaction coordinator, buyers agent, open house host, etc, but I can see a day when I bring in others to do those tasks.It still feels like herding cats at times as I build momentum, but I'm getting better at keeping things moving so I don't ever finish with one closing without anything at all on the horizon.

It's kind of like when everyone says to buy a stock etc. pretty much it's tapped out and the herds are all jumping on it and thinking they can't lose.They are still real deals but very hard to come by.

I would avoid the "herd" mentality and only engage in deals that make sense based on conservative numbers.
