Atlanta Newbies Trying to Evaluate Market Conditions

Hello BP!

My wife and I are brand new to BP and actually found it through a recommendation from a friend.  We are both pumped to begin our venture into Real Estate with all of you.

We currently live in a small starter home, have done some basic analysis, decided we want to move, make our current home a rental, and find a new home to make a future Buy, Live-in / Repair, and eventually rent out (not in a position to do a full BRRRR yet but that's a goal).

Our question is, has anyone had success with this approach and are there still good deals to be found in the Atlanta market or do we need to go back to the drawing board?  Also, we are predominately looking to invest north of I-20.

Thank you in advance for any feedback!

Hello and welcome  @Chris Cravey! I myself am new to the BP community and also have a similar strategy for my first deal. I am currently in the "Education Stage" though. I wish you good luck in your venture, and please keep us updated on your progress.

BJ
