My office landline is a 203 number that appears on caller ID as Wallingford, but I took that number with me when our office relocated to Southington which is in 860.

The rate of response is damp, the quality of callers is poor, the level of expectations price-wise is super high.

By being conservative with your ARV's you'll get a reputation as being realistic and someone who investors will want to talk to when they see your number on their caller ID.  

The only thing that is relevant - "Caller states a male party is jumping around and is in pain.

For example, if you are in an area where people are very private and have "trespassers will be shot signs" they may not take kindly to solicitors (which is what you are as a cold caller / door knocker).

Otherwise, if you just outright ask, you risk that sibling dreading the phone ringing with your caller ID.

Pick up the phone when it rings, but also set up a voice mail that requires the caller to leave their name, property address, and phone number.
