Do you believe it will now be more cost effective to hold a license or do you believe the expenses will go up with what I assume will be a flight from the business by low producing real estate agents?

Hey Stephen, I know this was a while ago, but are you still in the business?

I live in Boston, but I was advised to start my real estate business elsewhere as Boston is very competitive.

We have been in Business since 2000, survived the 2008 collapse.

Sometimes occupants still live there and eviction is not easy, and I have even heard a story once that the yakuza are involved in the construction and real estate business and exorted money from buyers through occupants in these properties. 

His whole business is build to rent.
