I agree you will not get 100% LTV if you could everyone would buy a house and no one would be homeless...If you have any more hard money questions tag me and I will answer.

My biggest concern is that the houses in a better school zone come with a higher price tag.  

If so, I'd like to see more transparency - it should be tagged as a sponsored post.
