@Abel Vazquez, Get a cheap phone and give that number out and answer the phone when it rings you never know when there is a real deal on the other end.

Website generates about 5 leads a month or so ($100/mo Adwords) the rest I get from agents and networking.If you are timid on the phone paying lots of money to get your phone to ring is probably not going to pay well.

I do, vaguely, remember him saying something about a local rate but my ears were not tuned at the timed.We've learned much in the last 3 years ......!

Basically you are setting up the phones to ring when someone calls the google voice number.

YouTube is a great resource for videos on sheetrock patching, replacing tank components for toilets, wax rings, replacing broken faucets, fixing drains, etc.Those are just a few things that come to mind for me that are fairly simple.
