Hello All!

So far it looks like this is a great community and I look forward to tapping into the info here and pay it forward when and where I can!

In the Houston, Texas area where the rental market seems to be exploding and look to get in on this while the getting is good, and actually think the right situations can always be had, just got to be educated and plan the work then work the plan.

New to the site, as well as the opportunity to invest in real estate. Would love to find someone knee deep in it all that could use some help that would in turn provide some knowledge of the business. My goal is to buy rentals for future residual passive income. I have full time position in a separate business, but have flexibility to pursue this endeavor.

I will be doing my due diligence with pouring as much info in my head as my RAM will allow, and may need to dump some old info and defrag, but plan to get as much info here and there and everywhere possible to learn the ropes and build this long term opportunity!
