Hi, my name is Jackie and I recently came of age to purchase property. I have been mentored by my real estate investor godfather for about 5 years. We are currently searching for a flip property in the southern Houston area. Right now,I'm trying to learn as much more as I can. If anyone has any advice, I'm all ears!
