Do the low-hanging fruit first: update the blinds, sand and paint cabinets (don't always need to be fully replaced), build/update fencing in yard (having a private back yard is a huge value add), paint dark rooms brighter colors, replace older floors with inexpensive and durable laminate.

i have the originals but theyre all pretty much caved in where the knobs are and full of holes. if the knob holes were in tact i was just going to spray foam in the holes and cover in a sheet of veneer as a durable fix but its not looking that way.
