I'm gonna touch up on my 5 year plan and aiming for buying 10 houses a year.

I used walmart interior paint for the walls but only do that if you get more than enough for touch ups too.  

Your local realtor can help you with this, and maybe your area is different from mine in the regard.With the place vacant, you can make any smaller repairs, touchups, cleanups and get the place fresh and clean for it to go up for sale.  

I would spray all the base boards, doors and jambs before they get put in by the trim guy and just touch up. 

I think I used more painter's tape marking the touch ups than they used to mask anything.  

My only advice is that if you have multiple rentals, paint them all the same shade of grey and always buy from the same supplier, which makes it easier to repaint or do touch ups. 

The other 3 units need some touch-ups in order to raise rent, to include flooring in the kitchen and bathroom, a deep cleaning, interior paint, and possibly new appliances in the kitchen.

This particular home is in good structural shape, needs a lot of touch ups, but is move in ready (family of 5 currently there).
