Is it comparable to a 40 hour work week, just more flexible with time?

Hi Brad,If you haven't read it yet, The 4 Hour Work Week is an important book.  

But I talked to one person who rents out a 4/4 to 4 professionals spending the work week in this area.

I dont know your situation, but take that and the mileage expense out of your income and I bet you'll be surprised at what it would take to even out with a different job closer to home.Read eMyth and 4 hour workweek and plan your business accordingly.

But, life happens and I was suckered into the 40 hour work week with benefits.

I agree with you on a 4 day work week being nice, at least as a start :)

Read the four hour workweek by Tim Ferriss - you absolutely do not have to narrow your life down to one thing. 

The books I purchased are Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill and The 4-Hour Workweek by Timothy Ferriss. 

I also drop off a pay or quit notice on day 6.One of my favorite questions a fellow investor askss is "What excuse would you take for not getting paid at the end of your work week?"

As far as education.....As all the guests on the podcasts will say...Rich Dad, Poor Dad, Millionaire Real Estate Investor, 4 hour Work Week.
