Greetings,

The entrepreneurial spirit has always been with me, but I was out of tune for several years. During high school I bought out a lawn service and grew it into a 50+ account business by the time I was 21, while attending APSU full-time. But, life happens and I was suckered into the 40 hour work week with benefits. That hunger has never left, and for the past 7 years I have been scheming how to get out of the cycle and work for myself but no clue where to go. A real estate investing friend from Nashville graciously invited me into his world and I caught the bug that so many of you have.

That is a little of my story and I would love to hear yours. I am currently looking to purchase two units by the end of the year. One or both of them being multiunit rentals. My strategy is buy and hold rental properties in the Clarksville market, with a goal of acquiring 10 units by the end of next year.

My day job is pretty awesome, I get to work for a great university, but I am investing for my family's future and the ability to create exponential income.

I would love to meet others and talk about goals, strategy, tips, tricks or just enjoy some good coffee.
