Hello Damian, I think this is a constant struggle for people outside of the 9-5 world.

When we were struggling to get more money why didn't they mention if we wait a month or two we can get the same thing for $1000?

So much that I'm sharing it with anyone that is struggling to keep the right people in the right seats. 

Homebuyers struggled to secure financing, while construction companies grappled with stalled projects and diminishing demand.

In general, Dave Ramsey is very good at helping people who are deep in debt and struggling to manage their money.

However, the Orlando market is really struggling with saturation currently (all it really has to offer is Disney - I like markets where there are multiple draws). 

Prices are high but they claim some pretty impressive figures like circa 15% YOY value gains since they started in 2004 on average (I struggle to believe this).  

There is a reason they don't come back, because life is hard and day-to-day life is a struggle in some aspects.
