Hey BiggerPockets community,I will really appreciate if someone will share with me his experience with financing real estate deals, I would like to hear about all types of financing options.Also I recently heard about investor recruiters, if anyone had the chance to work with investor recruiters and can share his experience too (pro’s and con’s) it will be great.

Most courses have recruiters that occasionally stop in or just start arranging meetings with brokers during the time you are enrolled in the pre license course.

I've been looking for entry-level property management positions on Linkedin and the other job recruiting websites, however, the experience is what I lack which eliminates me from almost all of the job openings. 

As in, an unrealistic amount that may be bandied about by a recruiter as potential earnings but the real world number is significantly lower.

Be prepared to give them every w2 you have gotten, contract agreements, and maybe even a letter from your recruiter stating the position, pay and job outlook. 

As soon as we bring someone onboard that has a good work ethic and is reliable they find higher paying retail clients.It's like being a general manager of an NFL team, you have to be constantly recruiting and developing talent, only to see them move on in free agency :)Good luck Alex!

I want to find something soon so that I can be affiliated and gain access to the MLS, and start looking over the next few months.I don't have much time for anything apart from personal investments so I don't want to be affiliated with a brokerage that pressures or hounds agents about making deals or recruitment.

I was a radio operator with a reserve air wing unit so my job wasn’t as cool as shooting mortars and despite what my recruiter said, not many companies are looking for radio operators in the civilian sector, haha.
