Hey BiggerPockets community,

I will really appreciate if someone will share with me his experience with financing real estate deals, I would like to hear about all types of financing options.

Also I recently heard about investor recruiters, if anyone had the chance to work with investor recruiters and can share his experience too (pro’s and con’s) it will be great.
