Im just wondering how you other bigger pockets members would juggle this situation being that I want to place a tenant myself and not go through my realtor to place a tenant. ?

Something about juggling 4-6 different personalities/egos (listing agent, buyers agent, buyers, sellers, and then you can even through in appraisers and lenders) throughout a 30-45 day process to make 3-5k doesn't do much for me. 

My wife had our second baby during this time and I lead a real estate team so it was difficult to juggle everything.

I have heard many members say they left their version of a "day job" because they were losing deals, it was costing them money, and they could no longer juggle the two.

Hello to everyone out there, im having trouble in regards to where i should start at in Real Estate, Couple Years ago i got into one of the Top Real Estate Investing Company's in the Country, along the way i had issues with Landing a Job which also meant i had issues getting started with them, paying a fee and what not, which didn't really cost that much but still. i took a couple classes and saw what i wanted to get myself into, there after as time passed around this time last year i wrapped up my 2nd stint in going to school for something else, so i basically was trying to juggle multiple career paths.

Do you guys think this would be hard to juggle?

Since we are retired, when we do need to put in the hours rehabbing a unit, we have the time without the stress of juggling jobs and LLing.My husband and I both have significant savings in 401Ks,  We wanted the keep the same proportion of our portfolio in RE, rather than placing it all in the stock market. 

--------Fast forward a few years...I had tried many ventures...Building an app (I was the worst coder in the world)Tried building a physical product (I can't build crap...still can't)Tried an informational product (I was alone and couldn't juggle my day job...got burned out)Finally, I stumbled on what I love. 

I tend to keep myself very busy by juggling many activities/hobbies at once. 

We knock down hotels at a rate of 20-25 rooms per week per team, we have done 3-4 teams, but are best running 2, this is on a self-performing scenario and not juggling subs.
