Hi All! My name is Lance Mills. I’m the latest nube in BP. Virtually no experience in real estate (other than buying as a home owner.) I’m looking to get into investing while working a full time job. I’m looking to explore wholesaling or BRRR. Not sure which one fits me best just yet but excited to find out. Goal: provide family with options other than just getting by.
