The Bootcamp instructors are all seasoned investors, and there will be many folks in your cohort that are trying to achieve the same goals as you.

I have no issue with anyone teaching what they MIGHT know and charging reasonable fees, I do have a bit of an issue with those teaching something then claiming it's the RIGHT way when that claim can not be verified or be relied upon in light of the experience and education of that instructor.

If I were to make a suggestion, maybe make a way to communicate with the instructors more efficiently.

Hello, I’m a realtor and a real estate instructor who is now looking to begin an ALF, however it seems extremely difficult to find a landlord that would allow me to run the buisness in there home.

Having said that, recently attended a seminar where the Instructor (experienced Investor) suggested best places to invest might be small college towns.

Then find the instructor of another appealing class and look for their books, podcasts, or whatever else they have.

I have worked with investors, quit my job as a fitness instructor last year and we will do a record multiple six figure number of revenue this year. 

My wife's instructor is an agent and recommend that she read "The Millionaire Real Estate Investor ".  

The instructor states you should not foreclose because of the time involved but instead buy back the property just for the LTV of their bank loan, 80%,  and you should resell it to a new buyer.
