Hey BP!

My name is Kyle - currently a tennis instructor in Columbus with two properties. Looking to get more into real estate, specifically the buy and hold market.

Any advice on getting started I would greatly appreciate! Multi family would be great, but open to anything, as well as help on how to potentially get investors!
