ALF- Assisting living Facility

Hello,

I’m a realtor and a real estate instructor who is now looking to begin an ALF, however it seems extremely difficult to find a landlord that would allow me to run the buisness in there home. Does anyone know anyone that has rental home that is willing to rent out the property for the ALF? Preferably in the South Florida (tri- county)
