Hello all,I am interested in investing in judicial foreclosures here in Oregon and I am wanting to learn as much as possible prior to bidding on one. 

There are also some states that require a judicial foreclosure if you finance the sale yourself and your buyer defaults, making the deal much more expensive and time consuming.

Totally normal....Just remember.....ANYONE can be a "contractor"...... no real skill....no formal training......many are unlicensed etc etc etc.
