You need to look in different places Michael.We've been hearing the story of "Rising prices" and properties "selling quicker" for a few years now.I still feel like a kid in a candy store and we have been buying the same products at 50-60% of asking price like clockwork every week.Offer a low ball quick cash close, wave contingencies except a walkthrough and perform on the deal.Before you know it, folks will start flooding you with property.Much success

You're like I was with a quarter to spend at a candy store when I was a kid, not being able to decide what the best items were.One thing that really helps is talking to people.

You can go to the beach but not park near the beach, sunlight and heat is supposed to kill the virus but you can't sit on the beach alone you must keep moving, you can shop at Target but not HomeGoods, you can stay at a hotel but not a small cabin suitable for only 1 family, liquor stores can remain open but our local candy store can not.

Seriously, someone can die from this.
