The US Supreme Court has gone crazy.

This is unless the borrower files for bankruptcy or ends up in Supreme Court seeking an injunction.

There even is a 100 year old supreme court decision about this matter. 

This is through a supreme court ruling.

It is a judicial foreclosure state and will require a lawyer to work with the Supreme Court prior to acquisition. 

This is especially true since the Department will likely fight this issue all the way to the PA Supreme Court.
