What I need to know, is if anyone has ever stopped the foreclosure process by making an anonymous payment, it's behind 4100.00 reported March 2020, And I want to know if anyone has stopped the process successfully.I've hired a probate attorney to start the process and send a letter of Forbearance, but it could be 6 months until the process completes.

I also understand the the SLLC allows for higher levels of anonymity and a “sub” company for every property...My question is relates to tax time.

You carry insurance on each property, take care of them, and have an umbrella policy.LLC's really only provide asset protection and maybe anonymity.

Something like this...Create "TN LLC" which will be “Member Managed” where the Member will be Wyoming LLCThe Wyoming LLC will be “Manager Managed” where the Manager will be anonymous so that no one can trace you back.

Land trust are usually used for anonymity, due on sale clause issue, seasoning issue for flip, assignment for wholesale, some stamp tax or tax reassessment shielding, estate planning and partial gifting, ...An LLC will provide inside liability protection in all state, and limited to excellent outside protection depending on the state of formation.

Now that NY state does not allow owner of LLCs of 1-4 unit realestate to be anonymous I think I would want to avoid that setup??

Honestly it needs to be something directly political with money behind it, that exerts pressure on the elected officials that are allowing this and are likely to step up to stop it, while maintaining anonymity for individual donors/members that don't want to be a target by hoards of angry lunatics.
