Good luck. You're just as likely to be discovered by some rent protesters that will dox you and make your life even more miserable. I know a Landlord that wrote a letter to his 300 renters back in mid-March. He was professional, but essentially told them they needed to pay their rent and that he intended to enforce the agreement. Some of this renters created a facebook page that built up to around 1,500 members in two weeks. They slammed him with bad reviews, sent nasty emails, shared his address and phone number, etc. He had to shut his entire internet presence down and he still had a lot of renters that didn't pay rent.
