My understanding is that PMI is an irritating additional expense with a low down payment but can be refinanced out of with exception of an FHA loan.

You don't have to tolerate this intrusion - and the longer you wait to take action, the longer they'll enjoy irritating you.Best...

Maybe it hasn't shown up in the reviews or comments yet, but if I get irritated when there's no TV subscription I can guarantee you other people do too.

It's just irritating to me that I'm being told that it's MY responsibility to tell another adult what their rights and responsibilities are... and further, I'm the one that gets in trouble if I don't... or I forget.

I would have guessed a given owner either sells at the first letter or won't ever and repeat mailings are just irritating.

The renter is getting irritated by the delays (due to the construction company), and some of the property hasn't been available to her (some of the cupboards and part of one bedroom).
