Hi All,I moved down to Houston back in January of 2022, and have been living in the same apartment complex for the last 2 years now, but looking to finally buy my first house and want to implement househack strategy.

In my view, the rules keep you from investing a sizable portion of your net worth on a lightly regulated investment marketplace.  

When I hired the PM in April, we did a small redesign including light painting, replacing light fixtures, adding a few amenities and other small touches that I also included in this cost.

So, we’ll see, but the whole concept of the light, the way it kills it in one minute.

Double layer sheet rock, egress lighting and fire rated doors.

We added value by re-doing the whole house, installed vinyl floorings, rebuilt 2 and a half bathrooms, re-painted the whole house, replaced all the hardware in the house, installed new lighting, ceiling fans, re-painted the kitchen, and completely remodeled the upstairs.
