Since the tenant stopped paying (assuming), and evictions are stalled, that may not necessarily be because of the COVID-19 issue.

@Lien Vuong this particular deal that I am looking at comes with long term renters.I definitely should have safeguards in place around inspections since inspections have been stalled at this point in time.
