After years of saving, I finally have enough for a nice downpayment on a multi-unit or SFH.

I’ve been listening to the BP podcast for sometime now and finally decided to go on the website and spend some time here.

Family offices are getting in and when we finally see and ETF, more RIA's will start recommending it.

I was ignored many times then finally going around my rep there at Reedys I was able to get some information and then it went silent. 

(Luxury, first time home buyers, investors, etc)There are several others that may be specific to yourself but only you can decide your final goal.

UPDATE:I have finally reached the point that the property in question has a tenant moved in.  

It seems like the rate environment has finally crested for sure. 

However, it is only day 1, so I will have to see how it goes and what other lessons I learn.I did also put together house rules, and go over everything with the tenant upon arrival (I did talk about any "rules" during the final interview to make sure we were both clear on expectations), and provided a written copy.

Took me many times of watching it to finally order the course.
