I would consider trying to work out a partnership agreement in that you split any profit you can get above and beyond $1.8 million with you aggressively contacting the developers in your area etc.One thing to note though is a property like this sounds like any developer would want significant surveys, environmental studies, etc in advance of closing a purchase which might limit what can be done in 90 days.Hopefully others jump in to help you out

I'd say it's subpar to the surroundings  and the configuration of the lot, I think this house may have to maintain it's current footprint.  

Here in California you can get hit with traffic impact fees, environmental mitigation, park fees, etc. so you want to know exactly what is going to be required. 

This wouldn't be an elaborate shower (pre-formed base, tile sides), would require no structural modifications (same exact footprint as the combo unit), and as mentioned, the work would be done by professionals.

There were a lot of houses I would go to and see fresh snow with no foot prints that meant no one had been to the house and that was a consideration in the offer I made.Looking forward to snow this year :)

I graduated from Texas A&M University in 2004 with a degree in Architecture, Bachelor of Science in Environmental Design to be exact.  

FEMA could prevent development, it could have environmental problems, easements might make development impossible, zoning could prohibit anything getting built on that size, etc.  

. : $(15k-20k) ~I see a lot of delta here between a potential final asking price and a total project cost.All in all, I think that there is a market for this type of modern, "environmentally friendly" type of home, and I've seen news-stories on successful storage container homes that were built in Denver.Should I believe all of the hype, or am I drinking too much kool-aid?
