Hello Everyone, Newbie looking to purchase my first buy and hold property in January of 2015 in Cleveland Ohio. Do you think there are better deals during the winter months ? I will budget for caring cost during renovation.  Thanks in advance

@Engelo Rumora is correct. People are less likely to move before the holiday season and most real estate coaches that train agents tell them to set their goals for the year and divide that by 9 months because few deals are done November through January.  Less buyer competition = better for you.. Good luck!
