Question for those with financed MHPs with POHs:  how difficult is it to get the bank to release or discharge some collateral linked to the loan?

Do your four years and work hard and then be honorably discharged.

There isn't always a loss with a Chapter 11, often times with real estate it's strategic, and a chapter 11 is only for businesses where no debt is discharged, that's the complicated part to explain to an underwriter.

I know that it would be horrible and grounds for termination if I tried to buy a house from a patient that was on caseload, BUT are they fair game after discharge??
